Fundraising and Revenue Generation
While non-profits differ, we believe that all benefit from a blend of revenue streams that include:
Philanthropy
Earned Income
and, sometimes
Government Revenues
Transitional Leadership
Short - midterm assignments on a national basis to assist organizations through a leadership transition.
Vacancies can occur unexpectedly, and Boards of Directors may struggle with finding interim leadership options while they focus on a longer-term solution.
Interim leaders can “hold down the fort” assuring that key programming continues for clients, members, guests and others, while also making sure that back-office operations continue, and (if desired) provide an unbiased, 3rd party assessment of strategy, personnel, financial strength, etc. for the Board.
On-site, virtual, or (ideally) a combination of the two
